All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped out by shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original labels or tags. Please note that Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
